With our new Pirate Band Season Pass/cashless wristbands, Pirates’ Cove Water Park guests can make purchases all day long without fumbling with a purse, wallet, cash, or credit cards. Pirate Bands are a smart and convenient way to enjoy your day without the worry of misplacing your cash or credit cards by leaving them stored safely.

How Do I Get My Pirate Band?
Each Season Pass Holder must come to Pirates Cove, in person, to pick up their wristband and get it authenticated, and have their photo associated with their pass. This includes minors who are season pass holders.
Available Options to Get Pirate Bands:
- Our offices are open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm, so pass holders can come by to get their wristbands set up.
- You may also get your season passes set up on your first day at Pirates’ Cove. PLEASE NOTE: There is the potential for a wait in line.

Fine Print
- Replacement bands are $10
- The credit cardholder and the credit card must be physically present to swipe to authenticate or increase daily spend limits
- Assigned spending limits reset daily
- Credit card information must be renewed annually
- Avoid close contact with a cell phone, magnetic devices
- Malfunctioning bands can be replaced at no charge
- Transactions may not be made without an appropriate passcode/passphrase
- Credit card information is not stored in the system
PIRATES COVE FUN ZONE SEASON PASS POLICIES
SEASON PASS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all Pirates Cove Fun Zone (“PCFZ”) Season Passes purchased on or after May 1, 2025.
By purchasing or redeeming a Season Pass, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use. All PCFZ Season Passholders are also subject to Pirates Cove Fun Zone’s general park policies, applicable to all guests and ticket types.
SEASON PASS VALIDITY DATES
Season Passes are valid from the time of purchase through the end of the event season in which they are purchased.
(For example, a Season Pass purchased in May 2025 is valid until the end of the 2025 season.)
Some promotional passes may have blackout dates. All passes expire at the close of the 2025 season.
ADMISSION CONDITIONS
- Passholders must retain and present their Season Pass via the PCFZ mobile app upon
each visit. - Failure to present a valid pass will result in denied entry for that day.
- Passholder identity must be verified by park management.
- Each Season Pass is valid for one admission per day. Re-entry is not permitted once the pass has been scanned, unless prior arrangements are made at the front gate.
Note: Park operating dates, hours, rides, and attractions are subject to change without notice due to weather or maintenance. Season Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not valid for cash or resale.
REPLACEMENT PASSES
Lost, stolen, or forgotten passes may be replaced for a $3.00 fee.
To receive a replacement:
- A photo of the barcode and valid photo ID must be presented.
- If unavailable, a purchase receipt and valid ID may be used to locate the pass in our system.
- If identity cannot be verified, PCFZ reserves the right to deny reissuance.
PASSHOLDER REGISTRATION & COMMUNICATION
Each passholder must be registered with a valid first and last name, phone number, and email address.
Parents or guardians must register on behalf of children under 13.
PCFZ may use registration details to send:
- Service updates
- Policy changes
- Promotional offers
Passholders may receive communications via email and SMS, with opt-out options available in each message.
IMPROPER BEHAVIOR & VIOLATIONS
- Season Passes are revocable licenses and may be confiscated without refund for
violations. - Any behavior that breaches park rules or code of conduct may result in removal or pass
revocation. - Offensive or inappropriate attire is prohibited.
Pass Sharing: Season Passes are non-transferable. Any unauthorized use will result in
immediate revocation without compensation.
Suspension or Revocation: PCFZ reserves the right to suspend or revoke any pass for:
- Unsafe behavior or misconduct
- Illegal activity
- Unauthorized access
- Fraudulent purchase or use
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
PRICING AND REFUND POLICY
PCFZ reserves the right to change pricing at any time.
Season Passes are non-refundable under any circumstance. This does not affect any rights
granted under applicable consumer protection laws.
