The following items are not permitted inside the park:

• Coolers (unless you purchase a Cooler Pass)
• Outside food or beverages (except unopened bottled water or empty cups)
• Glass containers
• Firearms, lethal weapons, fireworks, or any kind of gun (open carry and concealed)
• Radios
• Bodyboards, air mattresses, or air-filled flotation devices
• Remote-controlled aircraft (drones, etc.)
• Non-service animals (service animals are allowed with verification of training)

Pirates’ Cove reserves the right to inspect any items brought in or out of the park.

Only approved flotation devices are permitted. Air-filled or inflatable toys and bodyboards are not allowed. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are available and encouraged for younger or inexperienced swimmers.

Yes, outside food and drinks are now allowed in the park. However, alcohol is strictly prohibited. Guests may also bring unopened bottled water or empty cups to use at our hydration stations located near food vending areas. Cooler Passes are no longer required.

• Guests must wear appropriate swimwear and clothing (no gang-affiliated, offensive, or unsafe attire)
• Behavior that disturbs others—such as foul language, loitering, or inappropriate conduct—is not allowed
• Guests violating behavior or dress standards may be removed from the park

• Obey all posted signs and staff instructions
• Walk—no running inside the park
• Pirates’ Cove is not responsible for lost or stolen items
• Use attractions at your own risk
• Some slides have age, height, or physical restrictions—know your limits

No. Pirates’ Cove does not issue refunds for inclement weather, lightning, or other acts of nature. Pricing and schedules are subject to change without notice.

• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
• All children must be actively supervised at all times
• Guests must meet minimum height requirements of 42″ or 48″ to ride certain slides
