All guests entering the park are required to pay the admission price into Pirates’ Cove , according to the height/age parameters. The admission price is included for the 10 guests who are a part of your birthday package
Parties are booked on a first come, first serve basis, and reservations are required. The earlier you book the better. Most weekend parties schedule 3-4 weeks in advance to guarantee a space at the time they want.
Yes! The base party packages include up to 10 guests. If you have less than 10, you will still receive the game cards for all 10 guests and you may elect to have any of your guests use the game cards, as well.
Yes, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE $100 deposit per party area to book. The deposit reserves your party area and is applied towards the total cost of your party on the day of the event.
A party pal will not be assigned to your group. The customer host/hostess is responsible for all aspects of the party.
Your party area will be ready at the scheduled time. You should arrive 10 minutes before the start time to get your party packet and greet your guests at the admission gate. You, or a representative from your party, is responsible for meeting your guests at the gate to give them their admission wristbands. Your party area may not be available more than 5 min prior to the start of the party. Any decorating may be done at that time. It is important for you and the guests to arrive on time. Party times are set in advance and cannot be moved the day of the party.
You’ll need to bring a cake, cupcakes, or other dessert items if desired. No other outside food may be brought in. Beverages are provided for the guests in the party package and additional food or drinks are available at Pirates’ Cove Grill or Joes Peg Leg.
You are welcome to bring your own paper goods to have certain colors or a theme. You will need to provide table covers, small cups, forks, spoons, and napkins. Otherwise, you may use our plates and cups, which are white. You are responsible for any set-up/break-down for décor put up for the party within the 2-hour timeframe.
No. You are welcome to come and play at any time by paying general admission into the park and playing for the day. In order to bring in a cake or presents, you must reserve a party package.
You may bring your own decorations and balloons (we do not have helium) but no confetti or pinatas, please. Decorations may not be taped or pinned to painted surfaces. You are responsible for set-up/break-down of any decorations within the two-hour time frame allotted for the party.
All guests attending are subject to the admission fee into the park. Children age 2 and under are free. You may include your guests in the 10-guest package or pay for additional attendees over the 10. Any guests over the 10 included in the package are subject to the park entrance fee, regardless of whether they are swimming.
We set up and charge for the paid guests (usually just the children) in the party. Party area sizes are based on the 10 guest package, however there are usually a few extra seats in each area which may be used by the adults.
We do not include goodie bags in the party package other than the game card. You are welcome to bring goodie bags for your guests.
You may add additional game credits and activities to the party on an a la carte basis. Please keep in mind these items may need to be completed after the 2-hour party area time is over to leave enough time in the area for pizza, cake, and presents.
Unfortunately, staying longer in your party area is not an option out of respect for the reserved time of the next reserved party time. We must have enough time to clean and prepare the party area for the next party so they may begin in a timely manner in order to keep all parties running on schedule.
Each add-on attraction, except the PlaySmart structure, requires an additional fee to be paid to participate Closed toe shoes must be worn for the Vertical Plank Climbing Wall and Pirates’ Peak Ropes Course and all course participants must be 48” tall and must weigh over 22 lbs up to a maximum of 300 lbs.
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks. We will also accept debit cards as long as they have a Visa or MasterCard logo.
Yes. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the balance is to be paid at the beginning of the party time. Reschedules must be completed 48 hours prior to the day of the party.
Yes. The customer hosting the party is responsible for putting up/taking down the decorations in the two-hour time frame allotted for the party.
The package includes drinks available through our fountain. We have a juice and water option.
If you bring a cake, we will provide the plates, napkins, and utensils if needed. It is the responsibility of the customer hosting to serve the cake at the time of their choosing.
Pizza will be available for pick up at the party pizza counter at the top of the first hour or the top of the second hour of your party. You will schedule the pizza pick up time at the time of booking.

We do not offer online booking but you may complete the contact form to request a call back from a birthday specialist to answer any questions and book your party.
We do accept cash. The deposit must be paid before the party time can be reserved. The balance must be paid prior to the beginning of the party.
You may book one of our group cabanas which accommodate the number of guests you have. Speak to a party specialist to confirm availability.
Party areas are available on a first come-first served basis. The sooner you book your party the more availability you will experience. Party areas can be reserved with our specialists.
